Flocculation allows to obtain crystal clear water.

There are two types of flocculation, the one that is carried out inside the pool glass and the one that is carried out inside the filter. The one that is carried out in the pool glass allows grouping all the physical impurities that cannot be retained by the filter and that are the origin of cloudy water. The second one, the one produced inside the filter, increases the filtration fineness and thus eliminates the finest particles. This type of flocculation is carried out using solid flocculants, either tablets or cartridges, which will be placed in the skimmer basket. It is important to remember that solid flocculants should not be used with cartridge or diatom type filtration equipment.
