It is important that when you request our damaged product collection service, you have it packed, since we normally send it to the courier company on the same day or the next day, which will pick it up and deliver it to our facilities within 24 hours. . We will inform you by e-mail of the arrival of your shipment in our facilities.

In the packaging together with your damaged device, you must include:

• Power supply or transformer.
• Cartridges or filter bag in case it was a pool cleaner.
• Remote control if the device has it.
• If possible, a small indication with the problem that the device presents.
  
  

Do not include accessories such as a transport cart or secondary accessories that have nothing to do with said breakdown.

The price includes:

• Pick up at your home.
• Labor and budget for the revision and search for the breakdown.
• Delivery at your home.

To try to avoid problems, try to pack the product as protected as possible and in a box according to the dimensions of the device. Think that the bigger the box, the more it will move inside it with the consequences that this could cause. Any incident or breakage that the device suffers during its transport will be recorded on the delivery note of the courier and they will be responsible for them. We are not responsible for breakages due to lack of packaging.
