The new series of Industrial PVC butterfly valves of Ø 200 - 225 with EPDM stainless steel shaft and manual reducer arises from the needs of innovation and improvement of existing valves on the market.

It is a compact valve made of polymers with high mechanical and environmental resistance, formed by a food-grade EPDM gate seal and a shaft made of stainless steel.

Characteristic.

• Designed in thermoplastic material for the most severe conditions, thus avoiding any corrosion problem.
• Completely resistant to impact and UV radiation thus allowing the use of the valve in the most demanding conditions.
• The valve is completely light, thus reducing the effort required for its handling, thus facilitating installation and maintenance.
• PN 10 (150 psi) for all sizes.
• Formed in PP - GF body offering a high mechanical and environmental resistance.
• One-piece body ensuring a long life without leaking problems.
• It has holes for flanges compatible with various materials to adapt to the most demanding applications (PVC - U / PVC - C / PP-H / PVDF / ABS).
• It has a high wear resistance.

Advantage

• It has an ergonomic handle, both the handle and the divider plate are made of thermoplastic material that offers excellent resistance to corrosion. The lever has seven different positions in every 15º acting as a position indicator. It also incorporates an insurance thus allowing to avoid unwanted maneuvers.
• Manual reducer available for easy operation, as well as offering precise control over flow for precise flow rate modulation.
